Very laid back, great job for single person with no responsibilities.

This is a very autonomous job with limited interaction with superiors unless something goes wrong. You have to have excellent self-control or else it is extremely easy to slack off. There are no set start or end times, just recommendations to keep certain stores happy, and because of this your earning potential is truly based on how many stores you can stock each day. But the risk of that is, you may easily get assigned more stores than you can handle in one day if you show you are very fast at stocking. It is an extremely physical job. In the year of working I lost 150 lbs just because of how physical this job is. If you are not in at least a little shape, it will either benefit you or cause serious injury, lol. You have to drive A LOT. Some stores may be an hour away from your home or first store, not factoring in traffic. My direct supervisor was awesome, but very hard to get ahold of at times due to the massive amounts of coverage he had to oversee. I actually hate leaving this job just because my coworkers and my boss were so awesome, but being a single mom, this is not the job for me. I would totally recommend this to someone looking for something to do before they move on to something better.

If you're good at your job you are expected to pick up the slack of all those that are waiting for work to finish. If you're good at your job, but don't have it in you to give your full 100%, you get the write up, you get the talking to, you get short end of the stick. ALL upper management has never worked the floor and has no idea to do your job, and yet supposedly knows more than you

Too good to be true

They make it seem like you get your 40 but they do 4 10 but you don’t even finish your tens they have people use their PTO just to get there 40 hours . Everyone’s practically new there. They have us do all these extra Unnecessary Things to make sure you don’t hit top-tier for extra money . warehouse looks like a mess . 30 hours a week job and you have to work holiday I don’t recommend this job to anyone everyone Is

Nothing special about it . It’s like any other warehouse it has its issues. It will work for some it won’t work for others is what you make it there are always roomfor improvement on all levels it’s the same thing here

Fast paced with a somewhat relaxed work environment

Management is horrendous in some departments, but absolutely amazing in others. Middle-management was great on the inbound side as is the team, outbound and upper-management not so much. Upper-management specifically has some big issues that can really bother someone especially if you're willing to take them at their word. The company also preaches that they are founded on christian values and what not but when it comes down to it it really means nothing in the grand scheme because management has no knowledge of the actual programs or doesn't care enough to even try. Not a bad place to work so long as you have a thick skin and keep in mind that words are cheap.

Extremely disorganized messy work environment the facility is too small for what they’re trying to do if you don’t reach a certain amount of numbers per day you are written up the meetings are always doom and gloom I don’t recommend this place for anyone

Growing company

Had a good time mostly to yourself, just be quick stack your pallets nice and they’ll leave you alone if you want to move up there is always new management spots

Though it is true that no work place is perfect, I feel as if some places run less efficiently than others due to idiotic practices and mind frames. Staffing is terrible. Management most times have no clue on what they are doing. Support is little to none.

Insensitive program

They offer nice packages but anything looks good on paper. You could make some good money with the insensitive program. But they ate so on organized you fail every day. You should not have to take a hour just to fine 1palket one the dock. Manament is no where to seen. People pick through orders. It is simply unacceptable to be working ten days behind and have your order nowhere close together. It would be a good job if it was ran a little better. Nobody ever stays. I've been there since February and I've seen over 100 in and out. No safety in motion somebody is going to get hurt bad in their

Pay well but dangerous

Basic selecting job but very dangerous with broken racks in warehouse ice on floor a lot of climbing over dangerous objects very poor management a lot of drug use on site by management and employees then they operate powered industrial equipment just overall not a safe work environment at all

Rock solid industry, management is inconsistent

I have worked in several departments; inbound, outbound, and office driven positions. I love the company vision and where we are headed overall, but the execution of this vision at the local management level is not up to par. Leadership is unwilling to change, stuck in old patterns, safety takes a back seat to productivity any day of the week.

Everything is great, it does take a long time to get questions answered. PTO is plentiful and front loaded. Holiday pay is great and the hours are quick.

Great Opportunity

I loved working for KeHE, I was sad that I had to leave, as soon as I find a place to live in the DFW area I'm coming back to KeHE!! I can honestly say that I never had a bad work day there.

Worklife And family balance

Not a job for anyone with a family. Pay isn't enough for the job duties. Supervisors think they know everything. There are no resolutions for any problems they have which have been going on for years and also it's almost impossible for job advancement.

They literally fire you for no reason and don’t value hard workers. Only the lazy af ones. They say they are about culture but they are not more do they care

Excellent work place. The management team here is phenomenal, one would never have to ask if management has their back.

I started here a little over a year ago. From the first day I started everyone was so kind and helpful. Although my time has come to an end, I feel as though I gained a family. KeHE is a very good place to work for.

I enjoy working for KeHE! People are invested in the success of the company. Management is great and will invest time in you. Great clean facility.

Only worth it when OT was available

Management was poor, equipment was always breaking down. Pay was below average but the OT and DT would make up for it. Long hours, pretty easy to make production. Incentive was fairly easy to make once you knew how to avoid getting stuck behind slow people. It was a job but nothing special or worth staying at.

Absolutely no communication, favoritism, pay is sub standard, management doesn’t come in, but expects staff to come in.

KeHE’s motto of KeHE cares is so not true! The company does not care for their employees at all. Management does not communicate anything. Expects you to work 50-60 hours a week, pay is below industry standards unless your management.
