It is a very lovely place to work especially because of the very friendly staff members. They make you feel very welcome Being my first job in America gave me opportunity to interact with customers and learnt how they react when they are not satisfied with our services The hardest part of the job is the very long hours you have to stand on your feet ..
Worked as cashier, wasn’t completely bad but maybe since the time was chaotic they weren’t as like focused on each employee so got mixed up and put to do stuff they hadn’t taught me about or the training was too short (literally like a day or half) and then wanting you to be able to function alone if that makes sense but overall it was ok
JCP is a sick toxic company to work for. You are a slave and given the worst treatment from the top down. Gone are the days of respect and a culture of caring at a company. They trash their teams that are the core of the business and cheat the customers in every scheming way possible
