Worked temporarily for the holiday season. Constant Christmas music was too much, would have been nice to hear a normal song every now and then. Busy and slow at some points. Ok experience. Good for someone who is starting out looking for customer service experience.

My work life balance was a 3/5 because I was the schedule wasn't a normal work schedule but that's because it was retail. Sometimes I'd get home really late because the busses at night were so scarce but I'd have to be at work early the next day.
Sometimes provided free meals for employees and gave 15% discounts.
30 minute breaks for 6 hour shifts. Should be at least 45 minutes.
Like all jobs there were good days and there were not so good days. the lack of organization from the highest role of upper management made a regular work day Uncomfortable and stressful. there was definitely a tone set that you just do what you're told no questions asked.
I am determined to satisfy the customer needs by asking relevant questions and listening actively to the response. Contacted other store locations to determine merchandise availability sales area. I try my best to completed all cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks in the assigned sales area, and was told multiple times that I did a great job and very fast. Maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions.
there were many problem in the organization of the company, very disorganized, they dont recognized people that have degrees because they dont want to pay. In order to be promoted you had to kiss you know! what! so a manager could promote you., they promote until the last 6 months of .the fourth year that was working with them, even though they saw my skills they never recognized me because I never kiss you know. Most of those manager dont have skills in fashion that is why the company is falling down

All the cons, from manager to customers some were very nasty people
Rats and cockroaches all over the place. Managers and shift leads does nothing but stand around all day and chat. They complained about accociates doing nothing but talk when they are doing the exact things. Told associates they cant wear certain clothing yet they do the same. Breaks where u work a 5hr 15min shift and you need to take a 30min break. Not making money
One only advances if you kiss managers egos. They don't let you get to 40h so they can keep you as part time that way they don't have to give you overtime or any other benefits. The managers only stand there and do nothing while the associates take care of everything.
They have terrible management. They only care about their credit cards and their money. They use the customers and employees to get what they want. The managers get mad when you ask them for help. They never come to help even when you’re calling them on the loud speaker (multiple times). They sit in their offices or talk amongst each other and let the employees do all the work. They would drain you until your energy is completely wiped out. When the store manager is in the store, that’s when they want to pretend to work. As soon as you get to work you feel that negative energy everywhere. They would have 1or 2 people in one department to do everything and they claim that you can’t leave until everywhere is zoned properly. Some might have better experience than me but this job was my worst nightmare and I had to leave it.
