Its just a fine place, people are good there but people always come and go a lot of the times. Can meet very nice people there and managers can be cool at times.

I have no complaints about J.B. Hunt. Loved working here on the Marvin Windows account management was some of the best ever. Work is heavy but manageable and the customers work along with you at deliveries.

Good culture and my coworkers are friendly. Managers care about my schedule and are flexible when it comes to taking time off for my son. Work is a little demanding but you have opportunities for overtime and to make some extra money

Little Flexibility and Poor Pay

There was not a great company culture, little flexibility on work schedules, and managers were poorly trained and promoted based on friendships. There was no support for employees facing workplace harassment. Many people quit, like dozens, all simultaneously because they were not being heard. Some people were paid well, and others were paid significantly under local standards, and there was a clear pattern to which demographics of people were on either end of that spectrum. Very conservative company, in every regard.

Worst job ever

They hate drivers, they will treat you really bad , they will pay you whatever they want not what you really make ,if they make a mistake with the load they will make you pay the price

Easy work

Easy work but should have better pay. Said to be activity based pay but most days you can only get base pay, rarely you make money on top of that. Management is ok

Breakfast was offered every morning

Different local restaurants brought breakfast every morning for the employees to purchase. And, a food truck came by daily for us to purchase lunch. Great friendships were made with people from all over the U.S. I was able to travel to different locations on weekends to meet the drivers & managers that I worked with.

Great company to work for. I was on the dedicated intermediate contract and loved the challenge of maneuvering the yards and getting my loads delivered on time. Management was pretty good, tho being pregnant at the time it was nearly impossible to get home for appointments as obviously they would have needed to be during the week.

I enjoy working here, my day to day task are challenging and stressful but are fulfilling. The culture/atmosphere is the best thing about the job, there is always music playing and people chatting.My biggest con I can think of is the pay. They do not pay a competitive wage compared to other large companies in the area.
