● ManagementThe company is inherently racist. They value certain demographics of clients over others and there’s no consistency.● CultureThey pick favorites based on who they like. The men in charge act more like mob bosses instead of management. They create an environment Of fear around the employees .● OverallPay is good and I’ve met incredible guests but the lack of communication and support is enough to make the most patient of people go crazy. It’s truly not worth it , the managers were racist . From the top to the bottom.
Providing necessary guest services to ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience not only in the property but in the local region as well. Responsible for the planning, performance and management of different duties as assigned by management. Performing functions such as selling rooms; taking, modifying and canceling reservations; processing guest arrivals and departures; switchboard operator, and on occasions concierge. In addition, required to manage financial transactions, use technology, communicate well, and oversee areas of guest security and safety. Working three shifts. In occasions Guest Relations for VIP's. Assists in the training of new or existing team members as needed.
They maintained a great reputation, food was great so is the service. The hotel was spotless at all times. The hotel industry is open 24/7 to included Christmas and all holidays, it gets old after a while being away from the family on holidays. Other than that, it's a great place to work and for customers.

It was a nice place to work. The management team was fair enough. One or two butt holes but what can you do about that really. I made life long friendships there, and learned loads about the hotel business. I really miss it at times. They did have this huge thing were they caught stealing time for the employees which was very shady but in the end they gave us our money, it was shady but it made for good work place Gossip!
