Since I am working from home I don't need to travel to the office every day - only once a week according to my contract. I am currently working as a lead change manager for our customer. That means we are having daily/weekly/monthly telcos with them besides the daily routine work - checking their changes requested for corrections and implementations in their systems. We have a common tool called Service Manager where we both can see these so called tickets (containing all necessary information for the changes) and there we can approve or deny them based on quality criterias. I only have 2 colleagues in my team so we are rather a small group. I have a good relationship with them; we can work nicely in a team.
