A typical day is 9-10 hours of work which has been harder and harder since the recession and not changing. The whole team is great, salary is fine, though looking at the workload prior the the recession and now, it is a lot greater, which is showing on the people and the fluctuation.
I learned a lot in the view of multinational company management as this is my first, truly management role at a multinational company. It is a great experience to live the company culture and values.
The hardest part of the job is keeping the people who have been with us since the beginning in a good mood. This is hard because they have seen the hotel go through many phases of management and those of state.
