I suppose the major organizational changes had an effect on my experience. When the company was still called HP, everything was fine: I had fun, opportunity learn and grow in my role quickly. After the spin-off and now, during the merger, this changed dramatically. The company strategy related to workforce reduction and moving jobs further East don't leave much space to grow for most employees.
