Culture varies by department - Leadership is terribly lacking

There is a good work/life balance in the sense that most people leave by 5pm. However there is no leadership, defined roles, clarity of process, etc. It's a very closed door/manage-up, keep-your-boss-happy culture. Little concern for employee engagement or satisfaction.
Systems are outdated - it's a catalog company.
Manageable workload- good life balance
Management/Leadership; outdated processes/technology; No effort to engage and grow employees
