We had to travel to workplace around 15min by bus, so we had to go 1 hour before and after finnish we had around 3/4 hour to the bus to home. But it was free for the workers of the company.
In the factory I was an operator on a tire-builder machine, where I needed to look after the machine, clean and ensure the the process of the tire-making.
If some kind of mistake or error has happened I had to find the fast and easiest way to solve it or call for help.
The bosses and the managers where sometimes really far from the process and they did not know what to do, or they could not work together with people.
But I also had some positive experience with the management.
The hardest part was to keep going day-by-day in this shift work, and to fill up the time while I was working alone.
The shift-team was really great! In the factory we did not have so much time to get know eachother, but fortunately sometimes we had some party together and we could become almost friends.
Free lunch, incentive bonus, free buses and work clothes, health card, and food tickets.
Every months minimum once a 12 hours shift. Not so much salary for this work.
