District members can't be trusted because they all hangout together. Store managers and department managers are hired basied of who you know in the company as well as favoritism plays a big part as to why this brand has went currupt in the South Florida district.
Worked here for 10 years. For the first 5 it was my favorite job I’ve ever had. Pay was good and benefits were great. Growth opportunities were plentiful if you are able to relocate. Expectations and demand on employees gets greater every year and becomes more stressful.
