Typical day consists of getting equipment, loading trucks, scanning packages, customer service and problem solving for the client with tight time constraints. The most enjoyable part of the day is dealing with your clients... most are actually very good to work with. Management is trained well, but under great pressure, which is understandable. The hardest part of the job is the Christmas rush... incredibly intense.
Not a career just something to get u by in hard time scanners always broke something is always wrong with trucks. They want you to have no days off they don't organize packages you just be all over the place
Very long shifts and we had to get doubles shifts on multiple time frames in order to work those long shifts. We were allowed to go home for an hour depending on the second available shift. 2 shifts= 1 full 12 hour shift
