A very unhappy work environment all over SW Ontario. Get to the office at 6:45am then leave the office at 6-6:30pm, work every other Saturday. Customers break you down mentally, management on all levels expect you to do the work of 5 people, once you're a manager they threaten you with career advancements all the time. Always under staffed and everyone is stressed, no matter the location. I've been yelled at and demoralized in front of employees and over the phone countless times from the Group Manager. No one is happy, very high turn over for a reason, no work life balance. They dangle a carrot over your head saying you'll get promoted and make more money, this only leads to more stress and longer hours.

This job has ridiculous hours and has you working in the heat and cold for most of your shift. You will be washing cars from start to finish and expected to do 4-6 an hour. Save yourself the headache and get a real detailing job if thats what you are interested in.

Die Hierarchie wird hier durch Kontakte definiert und nicht nach Leistung.Die falsche familiäre Stimmung zeigt sich immer dann, wenn man selbst etwas fordert. Jeder ist überfordert und gibt den Druck von oben nach unten ab. Oder in die Filialen. Kein Weihnachtsgeld Urlaubsgeld oder anständige Bezahlung. Tut es euch nicht an hier wird nur Burnout gefordert.

It's been years and I'm still thankful for the day I walked out that door. This company is shady and their sales practices encourage shadiness. The only upside was the incredible people I had the chance to work with. Otherwise, the hours sucked, customers abuse you, and you spend way too much time cleaning cars in a suit be it in scalding weather or in a blizzard.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re desperate for a job. The hours are inconsistent, you’ll mainly start at 7:45 and you start this early so you clean cars before customers come in. You’re suppose to finish by 5 but 90% of the time you’ll finish at 5:30 or after. Majority of people finish at 6:30 on average. Again you’ll be washing and delivering cars from 7:30 am to 6pm easily. The input and effort you put in for the job is not worth the pay out. You’ll be required to work every other Saturday and longer hours than usual. Feels more like a way of taking advantage of graduates with false dreams. No qualifications or transferable skills can be gained from this job. HIGHLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND

You will repeatedly be treated like dirt throughout the day by customers for no apparent reason and you'll just have to take it because you're graded on customer service. Coworkers made the job bearable but some of them will eat, sleep, and breathe Enterprise which is kind of off-putting. Expect to be at work about 50 or more hours a week and also attend regular work events after your shift to talk about, you guessed it, Enterprise. The food and drinks are on the company's dime at least. The pay is enticing but that's only because you're getting at least 7 hours of mandatory overtime each week. If you hate having a social life outside of work, this is the place for you.
