It was a great stepping stone

Felt like a good move and enjoyed the people I worked with. It lacked flexibility but was stable and an overall good culture. Didn’t like the career path but enjoyed everyone!

The people are mostly nice but you will be regularly working over 50 hours a week and will likely have to work late into the night if you do the late shift

This is a horrible place to work. Management does not value their employees. They treat the employees horribly! They expect too much out of their employees and the compensation is not there

Fast paced

Worked weekends for Enterprise. Saturdays were moving vehicles from one location to another, sometimes a couple of miles sometimes 100 miles. You never knew what you'd be paired with to drive, so it was a lot of fun.Sundays was working at the airport, transporting freshly returned, cleaned cars from the cleaning area back to the main section to be rented back out. It was very fast paced, but you get to drive a LOT of different vehicles, even if just for a few minutes. Not bad for just part time weekend work.

A lot expected for a little

Wages are super low and you are quite busy. The independence is nice thankfully. If you want to move up in the company and make a livable wage you need to do tests and interviews

Great place to work, high point paced environment

Great place for recent graduates to learn needed skills. Great stepping stone for future jobs. Great experience working with others, developing customer service skills and sales skills.

Great coworkers

Work was standard administrative tasks. As any big corporation they will throw on a lot on you unless you draw boundaries. HR is not your friend keep this in mind and thread carefully. Pay could be better. *great time off/they work with you *employee appreciation * coworkers can all relate to you, genuinely care

It was good overall

Had a good experience. They worked w/ my schedule at the time and stuff like that. Washed cars, moved cars around, helped check cx in etc. Need bachelor 2b management trainee.

What is the best part of working at the company?My experience at ENTERPRISE is that management has foster an atmosphere of diversity and non-dicriminating.Being kind and respectful to customers is highly emphasize and excersized.The entry level pay may not be great, but if you want a company where discrimination is not tolerated, then it maybe for you. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?For the most part there is no stress except the ones you place on yourself.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fabulous, everyone is friendly. Long day washing car. Talking to people who are always mad, because their is not ready. Fun place to work if you don't mind long days and standing on your feet.

Really long hours, you can make good money in management but you do have to work 55+ hours. You have to wash cars too and only 30 minute lunch breaks.

The management does care about the lower leveled employees, they would provide drinks, snacks, etc. Trying to move up in the company is nearly impossible.

Working here was tough, as all customer service centered jobs are. Your coworkers/team will become your best friends. Management wasn't so great, didn't listen to our feedback and didn't do much to make working there better.

Overall Pretty good

Working at Enterprise was an okay experience. Overall, it was pretty good, but it did come with its challenges. The job involved long hours and a lot of driving, with a six-day workweek, which left little room for work-life balance. The pay for trainees was average, but it improved as you moved up into management roles. The company has a good culture, so all in all, it wasn't a bad experience.
