Enjoyable job, but after 15 years feel a new challenge is due

Typical day involves being ready for field based issues with the team from 06:00am onwards, dealing with short notice absences, processing timesheets, holiday requests, absence management, customer complaints, Performance Management, MI analysis, site visits, 121's presenting team briefs, attending Management or employee meetings, planning the teams availability and ensuring my own calendar was kept updated.
Workplace culture is always strong with a great sense of humour being essential to the daily external and internal pressures expected, a can do attitude is definitely required.
Hardest part of the job recently has been the micro-managment of our teams by Senior Leadership, removing the ability to manage effectively at field level. Not being involved directly in employement any more has resulted in a lot of Performance Management Procedures and subsequent disciplinary procedures due to the quality of workforce taken on.
Always enjoyed man management, providing the service employees expect from an employer, analysing MI and data effectivley, managing issues at short notice and providing effective and workable solutions to whatever roadblocks may appear in the working schedule.
Ability to work from Home, great working relationship with Peer Groups and immeidate line management
Role is hard to define and definitely involves long hours and high stress levels
