Degree or no degree, you will start part time with Delta. Depending on which station you're assigned, your shifts will most likely be 4 hour days, 5 days a week (Because who doesn't want to tie up 5 days a week for a part time/second job). You can trade shifts and double, but you're responsible for finding a trade partner. It takes about 5 years to get a full time offer with them, and everything is senority based. Being a hard worker does you no good with this company. Station management will short staff the station, so you work harder and they get a bigger bonus. Want a foot in the door in the airline business? Pick a different airline.
