Great place to work. Costco has good benefits in term of pay and their insurance is the best . Only pay $3 copay for most of prescriptions,$20 for doctor visit even for urgent care and only $150 for emergency with low deductible

Decent work environment

Decent work environment. Basically no Covid policy. New employees are held to different standards than workers with seniority. The supervisors are nice for the most part but there is a lot of miscommunication or lack of communication between them.

Great hours

Costco is a great company to work for. They over first shift only. Hours are Monday through Friday and weekends are as needed OT. They also have great benefits.

Your experience will depend on leadership support. Getting to interact with coworkers makes the job fun. The pay is hard to beat as well as the benefits. Expect to be on your feet at all times and sweat. Management needs improvement.

Working as a stocker at Costco has been a rewarding experience. The managers are exceptionally helpful, offering guidance and support whenever needed. The fast-paced environment keeps things dynamic, making each day interesting.

Overall good atmosphere, good pay

Good pay and benefits with room for growth. A bit too customer-centered for my taste, I wish that management stood up for employees a bit more. Fun atmosphere and paid breaks, overall decent place to work

Loved the hard work and the great benefits offered at Costco! Work hard and take the shifts you can and you will be rewarded. Could sometimes drag. I wouldn’t do the job longer than 2 years.

Costco is a fun environment. Great management. Family like atmosphere. Upward mobility into management is available for all employees. AGM positions are attainable within 5 years for great employees.

It is definitely a fast-paced working environment, really heavy workload, but colleagues are very nice and try to be as supportive as possible. Will never ask you to work overtime, if they do they will pay you OT, so no complain
