Practical Application from Culinary Training to Full Time Employment

This position allowed me to transition from culinary student to full time culinary employee. I was able to use my culinary training from computer skills to knife skills. I worked in multiple locations in central Florida with the company allowing me to develop myself in different work crews and learned from large to small sized operations during my internship. When I became a full time employee, I was able to steadily work with the same management and line cooks in a day to day operation. I learned menu development, working with vendors, establishing long term customer relationships, and operating profit/loss budget.
