Cashier and Customer Service (Volt alkalmazott) – Tupelo, MS – 2019, május 16.
*Upper management was treated much better than others *It can be very stressful *Not very team-oriented as it often claims *Not very flexible hours as it often claims *Not a good work/life balance; they will over-work you *Shift leaders are often children or young adults that can abuse their position's power *The scheduler was a butt and controlled people's schedules like she was God *Made you work in harsh weather conditions (rain, extreme heat) *The entire place shows good-natured smiles and faces, but in reality are work-hungry, power-hungry, greedy, selfish, people and I'll never go back.
Good money, being off on Sundays, free break meals
Scheduler may not work alongside you, not flexible (or good) hours
Runs a tight ship, ready for anything and most employees are up to the task. always willing to make things right if a mistake is made. management does a good job communicating with the team to ensure an efficient shift
I had a great experience while working there. I learned many skills that can help me in life and for further careers.

I learned many things while working at Chick-Fil-A. I learned how to properly clean my hands and be sanitary in a food environment as well as how to properly prepare food for a customer without cross contamination. I learned many leadership skills as well to help me with further career options. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Chick-Fil-A and would recommend working there to anyone I know.
