My grandmother was sick and in the hospital when i got fired. Never got the chance to tell the store owner that my performance isnt at best. And all the team leaders do is eavesdrop and ask me about my personal life, just to gossip and concoct some weird story and thats what got me fired. AND Chick fil a Merrit Island discriminates. HEAVILY.
Food is good
Everything else you can think of in a terrible workplace.
Chick fil-a has been a blessing for me during my time there. I have had the opportunity to grow and develop into a leader with the help of many caring coworkers and managers. They have always been there for me and my scheduling needs. I have served as a team member, trainer, area captain, and now supervisor, and each new role has been exciting and rewarding.
