had no issues working with the company, the reason for my leaving was to move onto other things. the pay was standard minimum wage to start off and there are many ways you could get promoted if you put the right work into it

If the managers like you personally, you'll be fine, if underpaid and undervalued. If they don't, you'll be miserable and hate it. The pay is low, non-existent benefits, and emotionally and mentally taxing both because of customers and managers.
