High Standards and Busy Days
Was fun to begin with, but was hired as part time but very rarely scheduled less than 30 hours per week. Was normally stressed due to under or overstaffing at the wrong times. I learned how to deal with customers and make food. The management was flexible with certain people but not with others. The culture seemed genuinely friendly, but at times it was cliquish. The hardest part of the job was honestly being constantly on my feet, never getting a chance to relax and even on breaks helping guests at times. My favorite part of my job was just my coworkers, otherwise it was hard to enjoy work because of constant stressors.
