It depends on your operator, but mine, personally, was very unfair and tended to over-look his employees. Many times, if the management liked you, then you strived. if they didn't, then you might as well quit. Also, the operator on multiple occasions would raise his voice and even screamed at his employees. the Employees, themselves were very outgoing and fun to be around, but the management was very poor and unbalanced. One thing they did handle very accurately was scheduling. other than the people and the schedule, this particular establishment was ran unfairly.
