Results overpowered the importance of Relational Management

I was brought in as a member of management, and my style is very hands on, personal, and intentional. I have been able to produce results in all categories at restaurants in the past. However, here, the results dominate over the importance of building relationships with team members and providing them with feedback and coaching. Long term, this does not create a sense of loyalty or shared values, which leads to turnover.
