Worst job ever

Only thing good that this place offers is the pay... and that still isn't enough to stay and put up with their mess. They're unprofessional and overall do NOT care about their employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even if it was the last job on Earth.

A waste of time

A failing business you can tell from the way management runs things. People quitting left and right you will have no work life balance expect to work six days a week 12 hour shifts sometimes. Only good thing about the job is the pay but you can easily find better pay somewhere else. People doing drugs and drinking while on the job. Never meet production goals and the food they make is MOLDY. Wont be open too much longer

Overall not a good place to work

Good pay. Management and the joke of a union are the problems. When Nestle sold the place to Buitoni they kept the same management in place. Them along with the local USW 9555 are running that place into the ground. 20 year employees are quitting left and right.

It is a good thing to know the content and job. Work life balance is good. Communication could be better, but what place has excellent communication.

No job/life balance pay is the only good thing about working here no chances for advancement. Employees and management all gossip together very unprofessional environment

le mie esperienze lavorative sono state sempre molto positive, quando arrivavo sul posto di lavoro con le mie colleghe ci vedevamo sempre un po' prima per bere un caffe' ed iniziare cosi' il nostro turno di lavoro. Ho imparato che la collaborazione con i colleghi e' una delle cose piu' importanti per la riuscita di una buona giornata di lavoro. La parte piu' piacevole del mio lavoro e' il dialogo con le persone, la parte negativa e' proprio quando vedi poche persone.

Ambiente lavorativo non stimolante.Nessuna possibilità di carriera.Lavoro su tre turni.L'unica cosa che, grazie ai miei colleghi ho imparato la mansione che ho ricoperto per la maggior parte del mio tempo lavorativo passato in azienda.La cosa più difficile del mio lavoro è stato la collaborazione con i responsabili di reparto. Adesso in questa azienda non esiste più il controllo qualità.
