They can get I9 employees placed into major fortune 500 companies, so it's a great way to get your foot in the door. As for as day to day support for HR or other workplace issues go, they're virtually nonexistent, so it's give & take.

What is the best part of working at the company?The BCforward team was exceptional to work with. Once in the role they continued to reach out, offer support and encouragement. Productive and Fun Workplace

Working as a contractor for BC Forward has been a good experience for me. Since it is a contract position, there is no raise in pay however you can get bonuses based on performance from the client most of the time. They are very flexible with time off if you have an emergency or vacation as long as you give enough notice for it to be approved except emergency. Most leave is not paid because it is a contract position however they pay you for the work that you do. Communication is good with management, team leads, and agents. Great company to work for! Contracts may be extended depending on client's needs.

I haven’t had any issues with pay or the contract they gave me and I also was offered benefits .it’s not a easy training course but I got through it a lot of people dropped out or got fired . They fire on the spot at this contract and no step system for contract but so far I hadn’t any issues .

Placed me with a great assignment

The assign placement was great. It was a contract job through Accenture. Learned a new skills. Never really realized how mean people can be, when they are call for assistance. However, having thick skin helps.

Okay health benefits and hard to contact anyone directly if pay or other issues. Took months to do background check, and then not paid promised retention bonus.

The agency was fine.

I was a contractor with BCForward. The first project was top notch. The second project left a lot to be desired. But I had no problem with the agency except they did nothing when I gave them clear evidence of what was going on with the second project’s business practices.

Don't work through them!!!

They hold back 3 week's pay they call your reference's while they are at work and bother you with calls all day that your reference's didn't answer and they call you while your at the job they put you at it is crazy and I would recommend trying another service unless your desperate but even then that's three week's you don't get payed at a job that pays every week.

Enjoyable but pay is low

Learned about PPE needed for chemicals. Rarely used them. Management didn't listen or seem to care that we were there until there was a problem with production.

Unorganized

This company is not organized. I was given incorrect new hire paperwork in the beginning. Then the equipment arrived before the agency stated they were waiting on approval

Overall good firm for contracting opportunities

Served as a contractor to a BCforward client so had little interaction with the agency after onboarding was completed. Gained great experience working for the client with opportunity to develop and strengthen many new skills.
