I dont like it. I was working fulltime. Now i work part time and my position got demoted . Its a union job. The former company was way better. I would not recommend this job for anybody

Good job

I enjoyed working here, I could get on with my work at my own pace on my own with no pressure. Pay was minimum wage and for the time of day i worked i thought it should have been a bit higher. Management were friendly and helpful. There was always enough equipment and p.p.e for us to use.

A fuire totalement

J'ai travaillé pour atalian durant quelques mois, et plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds chez eux.. salaire derisoir et heures supplémentaires non payer. Les supérieurs n'étaient jamais joignable pour les cas urgences. Entreprise qui ve fait de l'argent sur le dos de ces salariés en leur carottant leurs heures de travail (exemple : pour 10 h travailler, être payé que 4 h)

Not a good work environment

I would do my tasks every morning first thing I got there after clocking in. One of the managers would always walk up on me and tell me that what I just done has it been completed. I was felt like no matter what you did it still wasn’t good enough. Someone always on your back and definitely favorite to going on. And when I asked for a pay raise after five years I was told that someone my age shouldn’t be working there to begin with.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Job advertised as 8 hours a day 40 hours per week. Most weeks I'm working over 50 hours with some routes taking over 13 hours to complete.The management here are the terrible not hopefully if you have any issues and just want to be left alone, not interested.I would suggest you avoid this place.

Some of the manager's are good but as a whole noone knows what they are doing and the rate of pay for what they expect is very low and the work never enough for them at all and

Pas de possibilité d'évolution, une hiérarchie incompétente et entre soiSalaire minable et pas d'heures sup payées. Un conseil. Proposez vos services dans d'autres groupes comme Protectim. Très bien

le seul avantage d'Atalian est de proposer des salaires parfois au dessus du marché sinon aucune culture d'entreprise, mauvaise ambiance de travaille et reconnaissance des salariés.

Terrible to work for

Management are a joke and none existent until they need you, when you need them good luck getting hold of them, you gotta beg for cleaning products for many months, beg for things to be repaired too, half the time the oay will be wrong. Take holidays and managers apparently forget and call you asking where you are etc, forced to cover other hours including other stores and get told its part of your contract. Ask about benefits like high Street vouchers and they never know anything about it yet their jobs advertise on here state these benefits

Not the greatest pay but always paid on time. You get out of it what you put in. Long hours but Security is always long hours. Not a bad company but each to there own.

Do not work for them

Management are an actual joke. They really need to sort them self and their staff out . Advertising for jobs at a higher rate then what I’m getting paid! It’s not fair! My manager hasn’t been in for month and is off somewhere else , it’s disgusting. They do not care about you , as long as they get paid (for actually doing nothing) then it’s all good . Better yourself and don’t bother!!

Poor Management

If you need a job it's fine but don't stay long term. Management are very cost focused, departments run on a skeleton crew most of the time. You will always have too much work to reasonably complete.Overtime is expected, if you're working out your hourly rate, add 5-10 hours per week to get the actual value. You will not be paid for overtime and there is no policy in place for overtime.Senior staff members and management are lacking in professional qualifications and in some instances lied about their qualifications.The office is a very unpleasant open plan environment. Each desk is about 1.2m wide in rows which employees joke as being "like factory farmed chickens". The main room has 100-200 people and is very noisy making focus difficult.Staff turnover is very high, due to bad working conditions. (Pay is average, it's the horrible working conditions which make people leave). The high turnover means that processes are weak, and there is a severe lack of expertise on teams.Pay is low-average. You will get the legal bare minimum in terms of benefits. 3% pension. 20 days holiday. Any extras are restricted to senior staff. Pay rises are always below inflation and don't keep pace with industry averages. If you work here for more than a year you will be underpaid for your position.

Hostile work environment The supervision I the worst I have ever dealt with...pits employees against each other, shows favoritism towards employees, there is nothing professional about the supervisor.

Awful company to work for

Worked in current job 12 years, tuped over couple years ago to this company and it’s been a nightmare. They have now topped it all by declaring we won’t be getting paid the new national minimum wage for this month as our pay period started 23march so for 22 days of this month we are paid less than minimum wage. Management don’t care and when asked about this problem just get told to get on with it. Never accept employment from these.

Great company to work for!

I've been with Atalian three years now and absolutely love it. I get to travel in my state. I work independently. I get compensated well. My boss is the best. Anytime I need help they are quick to respond. I get reimbursed for gas, hotel, and my office supplies. I get to work full time and still have time at home. Couldn't ask for a better job!

Prix bas salaire diminué

L'entreprise ne fait pas signer d'avenant d'heures complémentaires pour ne pas avoir à payer son agent d'entretien sans problème . Fait signer un contrat en précipitation pour diminuer les heures sur la reprise annexe 7 illégalement. L'agent pris de court signe sans faire attention. Cette société a beaucoup de mal à fournir ses clients dès la signature du contrat avec celui ci consommables produits etc.. Nous ne recommdons pas
