Supervisor who trained me was rude and mean. She made me have a panic attack while at work. They need to pay more honestly. The school staff think they can talk to you any kind of way and you get in trouble/removed for it. Felt due to my race I was treated differently.
Easy job with nice employees. However be careful which locations you work for. City pays more than small towns. It’s favoritisms that goes around. Good flexibility with benefits for full timers. Good for people who need a little extra income but not for those seeking a job to retire from. Pay is off favoritisms it seems.
I really enjoy working fir Aramark. The hours work great with my kids schedules. And I’m working at the college so I’m off for most breaks. They are very helpful teaching other parts of the job so you can move up in the company.
This company prides itself on customer service before anything. Where I worked, the manager would have us break basic rules in order to satisfy a customer. My job paid too little for the amount of work I did.
Good pay for job flexible hours most of the manager are easy to get along with. Will work with your schedule if you have kids or are in school. Give lots of chances for call out days before getting fired
