It may be crazy at times, but its schedules are flexible, the staffs are incredible, and its enjoyable to show up at work. It is also a team effort to finish tasks at work, no one slacks off because everyone is given a task at the beginning of work. The best part is that they reward you if you work hard at the job.
Stand lead, cook, cashier got to watch the bluejays game during breaks management was a strict due to hiring young managers hardest part of the job is trying to understand other language or by hand motions
Its great to work if you work up in the restaurants but working in the main kitchen is a disaster as there are people who have no business being in a kitchen, come there to act a fool and socialize. Management is good and are pretty relaxed about a lot.
Get to watch the game for free.
Gossipy people make you not like your job, boderline toxic environment.
I have been here for almost two seasons now. The management is sub par, the staff underqualified and the job sometimes very cumbersome where the experienced have to pick the slack for the unwilling and the stand arounders.
