All in all during the time I've worked here it has been great. The management treats you well as does the leadership above them. They provide a decent set of benefits even if you are only a part timer. My only complaint really is the low pay. Outside of that they are a good company to work for and would recommend them to anyone who is just starting out or are trying to get back into working a regular job.
Free lunches (if work 5 hours or more), good work life balance
Low pay, dependant on when the University of Florida semesters starts
Its a fun job to work as a cashier you sometimes just ring the food up after its self sevrved. The tips are great sometimes saved my life went to work broke and left with $25 in tips. The managers seem to care alot also
Fun enviroment, good pay, union
Barely 20 hours a week
Fun to work for, enjoyable experience, learned some new skills. Working at the War Memorial Coliseum was interesting and I was given more responsiblity. I had the pleasure of working with some great stand leaders and seeing behind the scenes of some shows.
Not enough pay or hours
Aramark is what companies should strive to be in terms of a company and job culture. The people are friendly and pleasant to interact with. The work itself is anything but difficult or frustrating. With this being said, Aramark is by no means a perfect company. Management is extremely friendly, but can be slow processing certain things or filling out certain documents. If you're looking for an easy job with very good pay for a part-time job, look no further than Aramark.
My time at Aramark was pleasant some days but others stressful. Many days I stayed at the job till 3 in the morning to make sure that my area was cleaned and stocked in order for me to go home. Overall the management cared about their employees and would step in and help when it got busy.
There are issues with respect from time to time. Coworkers are the highlight and Godsend. Customers (at the school) are funny and easy to talk to. There are a lot of rules, and it can be hard to follow parts of the dress code together (like tucking in the shirt but layering underneath can look too weird to pull off).
cheap and amazing healthcare, the people, the supervisors (right now)
Many rules, and no sitting down for pregnant workers or anyone.
Busy game and event days. Learn how to work with customers and peers. Management is good. Most enjoyable part of working there is having a job. Commute is fair enough.
Free lunches, Good commute, security and management
minimal breaks, tips, cold weather
Was very unorganized rude employees could be very nice improvement . The employees were rude and tried to biss everyone around did not have enough uniforms for workers and the managers did not communicate well with their employees
