Does not appreciate it's most hard working employees.

My 2 years at Amc Block 37 have been 2 very stressful, but also instructional years. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the variety of people you get to work with. A lot of them are fun to be around and I've built long lasting relationships with some. The same can be said for the management team. However, everything above the management team like General/Senior management, and corporate is where things start to get disconnected and out of place. The general vibe of the senior management is basically greedy. They usually demand a lot and don't give much appreciation in return. For employees that go above and beyond to complete tasks, there is not much compensation for hard work other than a "good job" from your leadership. Management no longer does employee of the month or any kind of recognition for their best employees either. As far as promotions go, they will almost always choose to call on management from other theaters to fill positions rather than promote the hard working and qualified employees they already have. The turnover rate of Amc Block 37 is incredibly high for good reason. If you're young and/or looking for a job for the next few months, it'll do. If you plan on becoming more than just another worker, look elsewhere.
Not much time for breaks, no appreciation for hard work, unorganized management twam
