Worked there two years ago, environment was wack but it was alright pay and got to make your own schedule. The managers will manipulate points on you and get you fired if they don’t like you.

All he could think about was how it would all end. There was still a bit of uncertainty in the equation, but the basics were there for anyone to see. No matter how much he tried to see the positive, it wasn't anywhere to be seen. The end was coming and it wasn't going to be pretty.

This was one of my worst jobs.

A typical day was somewhere around 20,000-30,000 packages. The most I think I learned was how to run a belt. Management was decent to start, but as I went on, it became hopeless to talk to them. Workplace culture was nothing short of barely talking to one another. The hardest part of the job was stowing, and when I clocked out was the best part.Believe me, working for Amazon may seem nice, but it's no better job than a cubicle. Search on.

Get Hurt? NO PROBLEM! You're done for.

Don't get hurt or else! You will not be brought back to work. They'll let you stay on your short term disability and not accommodate you after the injury they caused out of sheer negligence in the first place.You can expect to be overworked, overlooked, and to be treated like a work animal. To Amazon, employees are a dime a dozen!

What is the best part of working at the company?They put on a show about caring for their employees , but you are only a number to them. HR dont know how to do their job and no help from managment. They are not consistent as well and they really do say they dont want you there for more than three years. Flexible

Flexible schedule and great for teenagers that may just be starting out in the real world. Sometimes we flex 1 hr up which they tell you at the last minute and sometimes they flex down which they force you to go home

Great seasonal job

Worked here before and after the Christmas season. It was fun, you do get to move around and do different jobs. Some are easier than others and you get the hang of it fast but there are some that you need more training from supervisors but there is no such thing. You really have to learn on your own or get help from co-workers

It was a lot of fun and I was always receiving benefits and I would highly recommend it. The pay is great, the benefits are great and it is the best job.

A good place to work

I enjoyed working at Amazon my crew looked out for one another in my section no one bother me and I was in my own little world. My co workers looked out for me in every way even with my health issues they made sure I was ok

What is the best part of working at the company?Weekly Pay is really about for myself after being employed over a year. The management of the workforce, enforcement of procedures/rules is dismal and far too many allowed to flout them. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Watching the larger percentage of employees contribute much less towards the workload while the smaller percentage of workers pick up their shortfall every shift. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Not what it could be, I would like to see far less undeserved favoritism, more management of all the workforce as a whole as it's the largest part of the overall process.

Good pay for part time work at Amazon air, can be a little disorganized. It is a physically demanding job, there is no rate to make though. 7 days of training

Had a decent time working there. The pay is good the people treat you pretty well also. The warehouse can get pretty hot though at times and also. Very loud
