Chill, easy, good pay, and variety of “interesting” people

As of the past year they hire more and more lazy or unqualified people. Usually the out of shape people who refuse to lift more than 20 lbs themselves and people 18-24 who will leave their assigned position for the day and hide in the bathroom or stand around talking to their friends, making it harder for people actually working. Not a hard job, (one of the easiest jobs ever tbh) but that kind of thing is annoying when they don’t pull their weight. They’re constantly changing things and it isn’t necessarily for the better usually. It just makes the job more tedious most of the time. Other than that, 16.50/hour, 15 minute breaks, pick your own schedule at weird times. There’s shifts for an hour and a half and the longest shift is 5 1/2 hours so you have to put shifts together sometimes if you want. But the shifts you want are not guaranteed, based on the system they use to pick up shifts.

Honestly not the worst place to work as long as your leads like you. a lot of the time though if you are a good worker you are carrying half the shift on your back cus most people slack off as soon as the leads leave haha.

You must be a robot to work there. They have motrin biofreeze energy bars all available on plain view because they know they are not meeting Osha standards

FRUSTRATION!! no matter how much you try, meddle stream managers control kaos! It seems like BIG MANAGEMENT is ok as long as goals are accomplished!

Consistent schedule with limited flexibility. It is busy and fast paced. A lot of heavy lifting and walking. Must be able to keep up with the production rate.

Some of them are straight out of high school they hired ppl with no experience at all there are all kids and don’t know anything about logistics. Working your health away

You work a lot with limited break time. Empathy is minimal when it comes to medical/physical complications.I injured my back 3 times because of this company; and all they gave me was either an ice pack or a heat pack. I now have permanent sciatica that hinders my everyday life.You just have to see it to believe it.

Amazon warehouse

Really great management and while the environment is mostly on the warmer side amazon provides resources and break areas to help keep you cool. You get to learn a bunch of different areas within one floor, if you do well you can advance and learn other job areas on different floors. Food trucks are out front half the week for convenience for getting a quick bite to eat.

Amazing management

i loved working at this location mainly because of the management. They treated me like family and really cared for me. The only issue I had was HR, they did nothing to fix any harassment situations i had and only made it worst by mentioning my statement to the guy i was reporting. Other than HR, i loved everything about this job. Will be applying to another location

Cool job

I was able to gain some warehouse experience working at Amazon and also met some cool people. Job itself was relatively easy, just tedious and at times a little back breaking.

Fast paced, repetitive work

Fast paced work environment. Lots of lifting, bending, and twisting. Training is okay. With trainer 2 to 3 days, and computer also aides in learning. 2 breaks 30 and 45 minute break for 12 hour shifts.

It is a good company

I would recommend . They job is easy, the managers are people friendly , I love the point systems and PTO method , they have cool events going on throughout the month .
