Too many stops nowadays and they don’t get happy if you finish early before they changed there time it was good place to work but now it a lot of work for little money

High expectations

I started working here when another employee had been in an accident and they needed someone to help get the packages delivered because it caused a huge delay in the whole production and delivery process of the company. I had no training no prior experience and was also given these high expectations of how I was supposed to have it done in such a short time frame. For me I struggle with some mental health issues in which at times I do struggle so it was quite challenging and I don't feel anyone actually cared at all about me or my needs there.

Great company but really high expectations

My DSP is very fare. You’re given routes based on your performance. Routes build over 1st 3 weeks, and you may start with 80-100 stops a day, After that expect about 160 or more stops a day. I don’t think the job is overly stressful but you do need to maintain a steady pace. You’re expected to do 25-30 stops an hr after you finish the nursery period. To put that in perspective that’s no more then 2 minutes per stop or roughly 2.35 minutes in all. That includes getting packages, turning off vehicle, getting out of vehicle, dropping of package, take picture, then go back and continuing the process. I’m currently averaging 20 stops at the moment and I started 2mths ago. Overall the work isn’t difficult in the less but you will need to figure out a system that makes you move more efficiently to average the necessary stops per hour.

Over worked. Underpaid.

Too much work for the amount being paid. Every DSP is different though. I enjoyed not having to interact with people that would be a pro for sure. If they increased the pay there would be no complaints.

great working environment ...stay busy all day....great way to increase weekly wages by delivering efficiently and on time just get your route done and ability to make more money finishing on time and getting more deliveries added to your route

Decent job just not enough pay or hours. Management is decent. You have privacy. Life balance. Typical dat at work is smooth if you’re not wasting time getting packages delivered

Fine Work

They give you a task and leave you alone to get it done. Hard work and a lot of exercise. If you understand that you are being asked to walked 10's of miles a day for up to 10 hours, you'll be fine. My type of job.

Stressful having phones/ system not working and there’s nothing u can do about it yet expected to fulfill so many delivery orders. No time for breaks

Hard job

Over worked under paid. Super fast pace work. Long hours. No breaks. Poor management. Never had. Job that you couldnt take a break. No organizers. Very poor.

Its better then other positions at Amazon fulfillment centers

This job involves a lot of heavy lifting and walking. I have worked at many different Amazon warehouses over the 5+ years and I have to say this position is one of the easier positions it's just the hrs that are hard. Management here is nice .

If you’re “tough” enough you’ll be ok

Hours are inconsistent and even when applying for full time you won’t even make 40 hours. they want a robot and not a human and get upset when you’re not perfect all the time. Some days it’s almost like they set you up for failure. Lack of accountability from management.

Working for my dsp was great but actual Amazon as a company was not. They were more concerned about my American flag hat than my actual safety and well being.

The work is very demanding, many hours of work, excessive deliveries, with very few breaks, the pay is not that bad but there are too many hours that you have to work, in conclusion, I do not recommend this job.

Lots of Cardio

Very fast paced and physically demanding. You get used to it but need to take care of yourself in order to last. Running at every stop is not the solution.

Pay is good I worked there for two years and the pay went up from 15 to 21 now dsp workers are very helpful when you need there help just follow the rules drive safe and ur fine

Fast pace environment

The work is difficult. Packages are about 300 per day including heavy packages more than 45 lbs. fast pace environment. No health benefits. In the winter time hard to drive

Unorganized sometimes.

Routes can get dropped without a day in advance. Vans require more maintenance.the pay is not that bad . There is not advancement in this job . You are a delivery driver.

They don’t care about anything serious about your life. All they care about is the business. Don’t get me wrong it’s a good job , but please choose the right dsp .
