started as a fun envirment currentl a very stressful enviorment due to low sales, incentives have dropped drastically to sell. its either sell or loose your job. Managers walking around yelling for reps to sell. Little to no assistance when reps need help on non sales questions

Good experience to be able to help people all over the states. Some call for a variety of situations that are very stressful for them, but by the end of the phone call you feel good that when you know you were able to help assist them when they needed it the most.

Only for obtaining a paycheck and not for long term employment as there are no annual raises, no real benefits to look forward to . The atmosphere is not in professional manner as there are mostly people 30 and younger there and in many ways as if its some of their first or second job they have ever worked.

The job is okay for someone coming right out of high school but in order to actually be self-sufficient and live off of, the job simply doesn't pay enough. While they do try to compensate with benefits, at the end of the day it just does not provide enough to live off of.

A difficult job to do well. Luck is a big part of succeeding since clients are called several times per day and it is a rotating dialer. Notes on the accounts are not allowed because of breach possibilities. Next call (sale) may fall in your lap since another employee had the sale already wrapped up.
Employees are generally good and offer celebratory praise when a sale is made.
All sales must be verified by 'Vets', who do not assist the new employees in case of an error, such as a price quote, instead of trying to secure the sale for the 'nesters'.

Aprendi y mejore la atencion al cliente para el mercado de los Estados Unidos de Norteamerica. Lo mas dificil es el manejo de tanta informacion en un corto tiepo de aprendizaje y practica. La jornada laboral de 48 horas semanales, es muy larga considerando el tipo de trabajo que se realiza y en contraste con el salario base, que es muy bajo y las bonificaciones no son suficientes con el desgaste diario. No compesa el sacrificio diario. Hay un desbalance entre jornada laboral y calidad de vida personal. Me gusto la actitud y entusiasmo de los colaboradores de departamento de reclutamiento como el departametno de entrenamiento. Se respira un abiente amigable y de oportunidades de creciemiento laboral.
