Alorica can be a great place to work, depending on your department. For myself, I was in a department that had sales incentives with the pay of a customer service department. There was a time period where the department would send people home for not making those sales, which was not mandatory according to the paperwork signed upon starting. The management can be good at times but tend to add more stress on you while working. Some tactics used to get the goal met as well, is something that I personally do not agree with. On a more positive note, I love helping the customers that I get to speak with over the phone. Most are really nice and just looking for understanding. Overall, Alorica will teach you a lot about yourself as a person and an employee.
