The worst place I have ever worked, terrible company culture

TL;DR So if you are cold and heartless, and don't mind lying and screwing customers over on a daily basis, Alorica is the place for you!
I've worked in another call center before I worked at Alorica,and I have a total of 4 years combined experience in customer service. Alorica allowed almost no flexibility with customers, forcing you to have to fight to give back deserved credits even though it was the company's fault. Call center was loud and noisy, and you had to battle to hear the customer and at the same time listen for commands shouted to you by your supervisor. Of course, more often than not your supervisor was gone when needed; whether to deal with an angry customer that insisted on talking to a manager or to answer questions on how to do things that were never covered during training. Supervisors and co-workers were actually shocked when they realized one day that I actually cared about helping customers. What does that tell you? Daily work was super stressful, and they made matters worse by forcing you to use a script when closing the call, and if the customer hung up before you finished your speech, you would have to call them back. This of course would make already escalated customers who hung up on you even angrier. So, if you are cold and heartless, and don't mind lying and screwing customers over on a daily basis, Alorica is the place for you!
