Such a high rollover of employment that opportunities to transition departments only go to those most cushy with their front line supervisors (show up really early to sit right next to them, especially if you don't do at least 12 hours of overtime each week). Training is literally a joke, with all practical knowledge coming only from on the job experience. Prepare to have your position threatened if you need to use the restroom even once a day, unless you have IBS, or if you wear jeans without paying to. Don't be surprised by a marginal fraction of employees being under the influence while on shift. Management over spread & under staffed, leaving their support & assurances crippled, at best.
Almost entirely independent work.
Pay to dress casual.
