Management was supportive. The whole staff really liked working with me. I felt the work load. Overall the is a very company. I would highly recommend Afni to my friends.

Horrible training. Afni does not set its employees up for success!

Training is traumatizing they’re going to tell you you will be in training 9 weeks which includes transition, but they actually throw you on phones in the 2-3rd week of training. We were so lost on calls it was sad. We had to reach out to HR numerous times for help & they finally gave us like 3 days of extra training which didn’t really help anything. The entire process was confusing & hard. The chat room we utilize for assistance on calls sucks because the mentors & coaches aren’t properly trained either & majority of them know just as much as we do. I wouldn’t advise anybody to work for them. My experience was the worst ever & im now awaiting new employment so that I can resign.

Low pay, good doors for career growth. Metrics are going up every month. Sales is a big deal. No pay disputes. Offers full on site. Pay is lower than other BPO, annual increase is based on your performance.

For a telecommunications company, they sure are hard to get ahold of

I began my journey with Afni at the start of 2020, having successfully passed the interview process. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly hospitalized before my scheduled start date, leading to a significant delay in my ability to commence work.Upon my recovery two weeks later, my first action was to reach out to Afni. Despite sending multiple emails to various contacts within the company and making numerous phone calls, I received no response. During this challenging time, I was willing to provide medical proof of my condition, which included being in a coma, and I suggested flexible solutions like joining the next training session. However, there was a disheartening lack of communication and support from Afni's side. Complete silence.Ultimately, I secured employment somewhere far better, but the experience left a lasting impression on me. The lack of response from Afni, particularly from the four individuals I had directly contacted, was disappointing. It seemed as if there was little to no concern for an employee facing a serious health issue.This experience leads me to conclude that Afni may not prioritize employee well-being, especially in times of personal crises. For those considering employment here, this is an aspect worth contemplating.

Llevo 4 años trabajando en Afni. Me ha gustado trabajar aquí. Las cosas que he aprendido me han ayudado a avanzar en mi carrera y la cultura aquí ha sido propicia para mi crecimiento profesional sin forzar el equilibrio entre mi vida laboral y personal. Este es un lugar donde su arduo trabajo es reconocido y recompensado. Comencé ecomo representante de ventas, trabajé duro, me apliqué y ascendí. En muy corto tiempo tuve la oportunidad de recibir entrenamiento y adquirir mi licencia para vender seguros. Ascendí en la empressa, finalmente me encontré en un puesto de reclutamiento. Trabajando aquí ha sido muy gratificante, trabajo a tiempo completo con grandes beneficios, Me gustan mis compañeros con los que trabajo, mantengo a mi familia cómodamente, y lo más importante, ahora puedo ayudar a otros y darles las mismas oportunidades que he recibido. The supervisor are supportive and you have 1 on 1 discussion on a monthly basis. The best thing is the people you work alongside with. They are helpful and supportive towards each other.

If you are single and have nothing better to do then this place would be for you. The hours aren't the same each quarter, it changes constantly and it's based on your performance. And although I like overtime, when it gets busy then overtime is mandatory which leaves little time for you to relax outside of work.

If you value integrity, this is not the company for you

Afni will lure you at hiring so you say yes. They will promise the moon and the stars. Once you're there, you have to be the one using your own sticks to get them. Disputes on salary, SSS contribution, tax deductions, name it, you'll experience it. Disputes can be resolved sure. However, they get employees to do magic just to be the best in their clients eyes. The moment you speak up about it, you're targeted. They will watch even your inhaling and exhaling and charge you for living...lol The senior leaders play favorites. Look at the people of high tenure there, and you will understand what this post means. Good luck to those who will go for this company.

It's a call center environment where you're taking many calls per shift. If your able to handle the call load and the long hours you can excel pretty easily there. But staff is a bit immature and not very supportive

fun and more benefits

It was fun there's alot of benefits but the compensation is not suits on the work flow we doing. Also the environment is quit good less hassle for me since I am on the non voice account over all I enjoy working on this company.

Good for those who like a laid back environment

It is good for starters. But I cannot benchmark their KPIs as I found their KPIs unattainable and at low level management it practices some form of nepotism that I sensed very later on. They cannot good people too. I also noticed the office in shambles when it comes to scheduling and bay assignments. No one seems to know how to spearhead the logistics of incoming agents at work. We get short seated and hence lose our benefits.

Not worth the drive

The job was stressful for me. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, but this was one job i would not like to go back to. They say they will help you when you get on the floor, but they would refer you back to the material. I always read through my material at any job (I would literally read new policies during my breaks/free time) so I would only reach out if I NEEDED the help. They would tell me I am not looking hard enough.

Great place to build a resume!

Afni is an excellent place to begin your career. Customer Service & Sales work can be difficult and emotionally taxing, but what you sign up for is what you get. They like to promote from within at entry level leadership, so you can easily go from having only a high school diploma to a well-established career history for your resume in a few years if you work hard! The only reason for the low rating is recent changes in leadership have led to a poor work environment that is demotivating and completely unaligned with my values.

Afni was a fun great place to work they did require a lot for a little pay but I think they have went up on pay now so it may not be bad. I did chat only so it was pretty easy

A Company that doesn't care about their employees

No sick leaves. No vacation leave. Benefits sucks. Below average salary for telco accounts. They will force you to go to work as early as 30 minutes before shift to attend a meeting without any additional pay, and if you won't make it, they will tag you as late/tardy.
